As we continue to grow, we are seeking a digitally savvy and business-minded Digital Transformation Specialist to lead our enterprise-wide digital strategy and ensure that technology remains a catalyst for innovation, efficiency, and growth. This role is central to our mission to become a data-driven and customer-centric energy provider, underpinned by a robust and agile digital backbone.

The successful candidate will be the subject matter expert for Yellow Door Energy’s multi-subsidiary and multi-currency NetSuite ERP system, while also supporting the implementation of digital tools including CRM, FP&A, asset management platforms, e-invoicing, and more. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Digital Transformation Specialist will collaborate with internal teams across regions and lead our broader digital ecosystem strategy.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on NetSuite experience, including system administration and troubleshooting
• Experience with multi-subsidiary and multi-currency NetSuite implementations
• Strong understanding of accounting, billing, A / R, general ledger, revenue recognition, and reporting
• Experience customizing workflows, dashboards, roles / permissions, and modules such as CRM and Project Management
• Proven ability to lead digital transformation initiatives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Passion for digitalization, data integrity, and operational excellence
