Archirodon has been awarded a major Oil & Gas EPC project in UAE, and is currently building a team of experienced Lead Engineers, who will be based in our UAE office and lead the multidiscipline Engineering of the project.

The project includes the detailed engineering and design, quality assurance and control, procurement / supply, interface management, construction / installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning / start-up of Hydrocarbon & non-Hydrocarbon systems and management including all works required for the job completion. The main objective of this brownfield project is to increase the production handling capacity by adding a new Production Train and associated facilities at an existing Central Degassing Station and a new gas lift compressor train at another existing Central Degassing Station.

Role Summary :

The Digital Transformation Leader requires IT experience and will be responsible for the implementation strategy, supervision, and delivery of the systems implementation at the Oil and Gas Division and Projects level. This includes 3D modelling and smart plant software implementation, materials handling and fabrication applications, as well as skills in current IT technologies, engineering and procurement systems software, data management and migration, and operations management for the Oil & Gas EPC and EPCM projects.

The Digital Transformation Leader will report to the Project Manager & Project Engineering Manager.

• Digital Transformation Strategy framework study, analysis, and agreement with stakeholders.
• Execution of agreed strategy at Division and Project levels supported by the Smart Plant Administrators.
• Selecting the appropriate applications to be used and supporting the execution at operation level.
• Supporting the selected applications during the complete project cycle (Design, Fabrication, and Commissioning Stage).
• Database development / update at Division and Project level and ensuring smooth handling of these.
• Project handover level compilation and reconciliation.
• Management and training of the support teams.
