الوصف الوظيفيFluency in Arabic and English(spoken and written) isrequired. 3+ years in an EA, Chief of Staff, or project management role. Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically. As the Executive Assistant to our CEO, you’ll go far beyond traditional admin tasks. You’ll :
- Own and manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, and communications.
- Attend meetings (when needed) and track key actions and deliverables.
- Drive execution of strategic projects and ensure alignment across teams.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business updates in both Arabic and English.
