Contracts Manager (Dubai & Abu Dhabi Projects)

Position Overview : We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Manager with extensive experience in the construction industry to oversee projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in civil construction, particularly in buildings and residential sectors, and possess a deep understanding of FIDIC contracts. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in managing commercial aspects of projects within the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all commercial aspects of multiple projects concurrently in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Ensure compliance with FIDIC contract terms and conditions.
• Lead and oversee the commercial team, providing guidance and support as necessary.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimize project profitability.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and cash flow projections.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Negotiate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to secure favorable terms and agreements.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management.
• Collaborate closely with the project management team to ensure commercial goals align with project objectives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
