Job Title : Product Director Emerging Markets

The Opportunity
Were looking for a Product Director to lead and manage our product development and localization efforts for the MENA China Outbound and India regions. The role will involve leading on product scoping & strategy platform data & supply partnerships close collaboration & alignment with central product and various CoE teams and working closely with local trading teams on execution strategies with a view to build scalable sustainable and competitive market-leading products.
The initial focus will be on building the MiQ Mobile offering for Emerging Markets with a specific focus on creating a competitive & scalable Mobile Performance offering.
What youll do :
DELIVERING PRODUCT PORTFOLIO
- Ensure all Products under your Portfolio are delivering against product objectives and market OKRs as per set timelines
- Own and communicate Product & Tech roadmap internally and externally periodically
- Manage budget for Product team 3rd party vendors and data partners (where applicable) product forecasts resourcing plans and strategic priorities in collaboration with Central Product and Market Leads
- Reviews progress on quarterly and annual OKRs hold relevant teams accountable understand themes of challenges and intervene to help and support teams
- Lead on product localisation for MENA India and China Outbound markets including training localisation of collateral (in collaboration with Marketing)
- Cross-functional collaboration with product marketing sales trading account management and CoE teams
- Relentlessly pursues adoption of best practices in product management across different work streams continuously evaluates how teams are operating and ensures consistency & timely project delivery
PRODUCT & BUSINESS STRATEGY
Collaborate with regional market leads Central Product and Operations lead on product strategy and priorities for MENA China Outbound and IndiaTranslate regional strategy into a product & tech wide strategy with key priorities and goals. Communicates to Central Product & Tech (CoE) and commercial stakeholdersStrong understanding of company and business goals defines Product & Tech strategy themes and goals aligned to thatAnalyse product utilisation data and make recommendations related to regional product strategies and processesInitiate and drive continuous improvements across product & tech orgBased on new / evolving industry trends identify opportunities for new product development or enhancement of existing products & solutionsPARTNERSHIP SCOPING
Identify negotiate & implement new partnerships with relevant platforms data and supply vendors across India China Outbound and MENA in alignment with Central Product and local operations leadManage partnerships with a view to constantly monitor value exchange and focus only on partnerships driving value for MiQ and its clientsLead contract negotiations with external vendors in alignment with Central Product Local market leads and Operations leadIn collaboration with Operations lead scope activation & operational nuances of product implementation / deliveryEnsure alignment with MiQ legal techEvangelize and support the adoption of global partnerships in collaboration with local trading product and commercial teamsLEAD & GUIDE

6 years of Product development experience preferrably in Programmatic or building mobile apps.3 years experience in leadership roles related to product development / management (e.g. Head Principal Lead Director EVP VP etc.)PRODUCT
Experience setting up & driving a new product area in an established product and technology teamExperience in scaling up platforms and / or ecosystem productsExperience leading Product and / or Engineering teamsExperience of full product lifecycle (development introduction growth maturity saturation and decline) across products and featuresExperience negotiating multiple medium to large contracts / partnershipsLEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT
Managing and leading teams across multiple markets and functionsProven strategic leadership skills including goal-setting road mapping and resourcing plansExperience presenting to senior executive audiencesExperience building teams ground up and managing individual performance effectivelyProven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a rigorous and timely manner (track record of delivering complex projects on time is a must)Experience creating budget sheets and managing a budget for a departmentPERSONAL TRAITS & SKILL
