Role Purpose

Why this role matters :

As Director of Digital Product, you will own the roadmap definition and implementation for our Digital platforms, ensuring seamless customer experiences, operational efficiency, and business growth. Your leadership will drive the continuous evolution of our digital services, ensuring they remain best-in-class across our markets.

What Success Looks Like Within the First Year

• Define and implement a strategic digital roadmap that enhances our product offerings, driving adoption and engagement.
• Lead the optimization of our existing digital platforms, improving user experience and operational efficiency.
• Establish strong collaboration across business, technology, and regulatory teams ensuring seamless execution of digital initiatives.
• Build and scale efficient product development processes that enable rapid iteration and data-driven decision making.
