Quality Assurance Auditor - Takamul

Overview

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor to oversee and validate the testing activities performed by our vendors and development partners. Rather than focusing on day-to-day test execution, this role will assess coverage, audit QA processes, and validate product quality against the standards and roadmap. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in QA strategy, auditing, and compliance , ensuring that all solutions meet the required technical, functional, and regulatory expectations before release.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the independent quality gate across Takamul’s product lifecycle.
• Monitor vendor QA activities, validate coverage, and ensure testing results align with business and compliance requirements.
• Define and enforce QA audit frameworks to validate vendor testing coverage and results.
• Review and audit test strategies, test cases, and execution reports provided by vendors / development teams.
• Identify gaps in testing scope, especially around business-critical and regulatory requirements.
• Perform spot checks, independent validations, and quality reviews of releases before acceptance.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure QA sign-off is part of the delivery milestones.
• Provide clear reporting on quality readiness, residual risks, and compliance alignment.
• Establish quality metrics and KPIs to track ongoing vendor QA performance.
• Ensure all delivered products are fit-for-market, secure, and aligned with fintech / regtech / government best practices.
