As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and efficiency of our restaurant in Ajman. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of service quality. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills who can lead and manage a team.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training for current staff
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are being followed at all times
• Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
• Monitor and improve overall restaurant performance through regular analysis and evaluation
• Create and implement strategies to increase profitability and meet financial goals
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and delivery
• Develop relationships with customers to promote repeat business
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and continuously strive to improve the restaurant’s offerings

Salary : 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
