Job Description

A long-established and trusted global brokerage firm is seeking a strategic and hands-on Trading Operations Manager  to oversee all trading-related operations within a dynamic Forex and CFD environment. With over 30 years of industry presence, this firm has built a solid reputation for transparency, innovation, and client success, offering a broad range of CFD products including forex, commodities, indices, and more.

Location : Hybrid – Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities :

As a Trading Operations Manager , this role requires a deep understanding of trading platforms, market mechanics, and client servicing. You’ll play a key role in optimizing processes, ensuring risk and regulatory alignment, and supporting business growth across regions.

Operational Oversight

• Oversee daily trading platform operations (e.g., MT4 / MT5), ensuring uptime, performance, and accuracy.
• Coordinate with IT, risk, and support teams to maintain operational integrity and promptly resolve platform issues.
• Monitor key trading metrics such as execution quality, latency, slippage, and system stability.
