Motivate Media Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Events Executive to support the planning and execution of our premium events, including the What s On Nightlife Awards, Campaign ME Conferences, Gulf Business Awards, Emirates Women Awards, Identity Design Awards, and more.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their events career who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in coordinating all aspects of event planning and delivery including logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
• Help manage guest lists, RSVPs, and seating plans for award ceremonies and conferences.
• Support marketing campaigns in coordination with the events and brand teams.
• Liaise with suppliers, venues, and partners to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Assist with event set-up, registration, guest hospitality, and breakdown.
• Work closely with internal teams on branding, sponsorship activations, and post-event reporting.
• Provide administrative and project support to the Events Manager.
