Mep Project Manager (Mechanical)

The Role

Job Description : We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager (Mechanical Background) to oversee and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works across large-scale EMAAR residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with main contractors or subcontractors in the UAE, with a proven ability to deliver complex MEP packages on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full MEP scope from design coordination to installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Review and approve MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements in accordance with EMAAR and authority standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, project managers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely execution.
• Ensure full compliance with local authority regulations (DEWA, DCD, DM, etc.) and project specifications.
• Monitor project schedules, progress, quality, and cost related to MEP systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections, resolve technical issues, and participate in coordination and progress meetings.
• Manage procurement and logistics of MEP-related materials and equipment.
• Maintain all project documentation and reporting related to MEP works.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards across all MEP activities.
