JOB SUMMARY
The HR and Resourcing Intern will assist in recruitment and HR operations, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. This role also involves supporting onboarding, maintaining employee records, and contributing to workforce planning. The intern will gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR management.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in posting job vacancies on websites and social media platforms.
- Source and screen candidates to build a pipeline of qualified talent.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support workforce planning by maintaining and updating resourcing databases.
- Help onboard new employees, ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Collaborate on resourcing strategies to meet staffing needs effectively.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing recruitment and resourcing metrics.
- Participate in organizing internal and external talent engagement activities.
- Support HR administrative tasks, including updating employee records and HR systems.
REQUIREMENTS
Must possess a valid UAE residence visa.Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.BENEFITS

Working Hours : The role is either full-time or 25 hours per week; depending on your availability if you are studying.
