Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Account Managers with responsibilities for existing business primarily around InterSystems’ flagship Electronic Health Record System TrakCare and HealthShare
- Increase customer satisfaction levels in the installed base
- Lead and drive the execution of account plans
- Play a hands-on role in assisting the Account Managers with the development of key accounts
- Forecasting and reporting
- Coaching and mentoring
- Direct the building of senior customer relationships
