Overview
The Key Account Director is responsible and held accountable for all aspects of InterSystems existing clients business within the region. The incumbent is charged with developing and executing the strategy that should result in ongoing maintenance of a satisfied and stable installed customer base in collaboration with all other InterSystems regional and global teams. InterSystems has been present in the Middle East for many years and a loyal customer base has been developed. The remit of the Key Account Director will be to take the region to the next level of development and achieve the goal of :
- Developing and executing a strategy to ensure high customer satisfaction levels
- Identify cross selling opportunities within the existing customer base
Responsibilities
Lead a team of Account Managers with responsibilities for existing business primarily around InterSystems flagship Electronic Health Record System TrakCare and HealthShareIncrease customer satisfaction levels in the installed baseLead and drive the execution of account plansPlay a hands-on role in assisting the Account Managers with the development of key accountsForecasting and reportingCoaching and mentoringDirect the building of senior customer relationshipsKey Characteristics
