Job Purpose
The person will be responsible for providing IT operational support for Core Banking Finacle, specifically working on Finacle 11x versions.
Job Overview
- At least 3 years of experience in Finacle 10x or above.
- Good knowledge of Oracle SQL & PL / SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Unix / Linux commands and application production support.
- Experience in proactive monitoring, troubleshooting application issues in production, incident analysis & resolution, and RCA related to applications.
- Ensuring resolution of production issues within SLA.
- Experience in workflow maintenance and configuration.
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts for incident, problem, and change management.
- Banking domain exposure is an added advantage.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for maintaining the stability of assigned applications and providing ongoing support.Includes service delivery, SLA adherence for incidents and service requests, and reporting to the Application Operation Manager.Maintain production systems to meet SLA targets for system availability, incident response, resolution time, and problem follow-up.Additional Details
