MISSION
- Develop Shiseido Group business for Fragrance, Make-up, and Skincare categories, with distributors in the markets within your scope. Fully responsible for planning, developing, and implementing commercial strategies both long and short term based on company goals, with the main aim to support and accelerate growth in the respective markets.
- The role requires frequent travel.
- Arabic speaker is a must.
MARKETS
LEVANT MARKETSJORDAN, EGYPT, IRAQ, YEMEN, LEBANONMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the full business cycle with distributors in the respective markets.Create and manage appropriate brand / per market budgeting, annual sales plans, and P&Ls (net sales to brand margin).Act as the main point of contact between distributors and internal teams.Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, brand managers, and teams.Address and resolve partner complaints.Supervise all processes related to each market.Coordinate with marketing, commercial, digital, finance, and logistics departments to meet partners’ needs.Weekly follow-up on sales achievements versus targets.Coordinate training and education processes for each market.Ensure timely order placement.Liaise with Supply Chain for rolling forecast inputs for accounts.Consolidate and share monthly out-of-stock reports and improve service rate.Review orders to ensure only relevant SKUs are ordered (exclude discounts, limited editions, slow movers, etc.).Collect monthly tester requirements, order, and replenish all doors accordingly.Distribute GWPs, samples, and POSM materials to each account.WHAT YOU WILL BRING
A passion for beauty and the cosmetics industry.At least 3-4 years of experience in trade marketing or sales roles involving working with distributors in the beauty, fashion, or FMCG sectors.Extensive experience in the Middle East region and with distribution partners.
