Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Business Development Administrator to support our sales team in driving growth and managing client relationships within the events and exhibitions sector. This role combines strong administrative skills with business development support, helping the team generate leads, prepare proposals, and ensure smooth execution of projects from prospecting to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales and business development teams.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities by researching prospects, updating lead databases, and tracking industry events.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
- Support client relationship management by coordinating follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with leads, opportunities, and client information.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, pitch materials, and reports for management.
- Coordinate with finance, operations, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow from proposal to project delivery.
- Track KPIs, generate pipeline reports, and provide insights to support business growth.
- Contribute to marketing and promotional initiatives for exhibitions, trade shows, and client events.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in sales administration and / or business development support , ideally in the events, exhibitions, or hospitality industry .Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).Strong client servicing mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships.Seniority level
