What's This Role About?
You’ll be responsible for coordinating the kitchen flow, ensuring smooth service, and making sure every dish is plated like a piece of art.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Preparing cold, hot dishes and desserts using top kitchen equipment
- Following seasonal menu recipes
- Keeping your section spotless and following hygiene standards
- Ensuring food quality and presentation are always at their best
- Supporting the team with inventory, stock levels and par control
- Gathering guest feedback and contributing to continuous improvement
- Treating kitchen equipment like a pro to avoid downtime
- Working within a supportive, fast-paced kitchen schedule
Who You Are :
Previous experience as a chef (minimum 2 years)Confident with fish, seafood, meats, pastas — even the wild combosA team player with ambition, neatness, and high responsibilityFluent in EnglishAware of allergens and kitchen safetyCurious, open to training and tastingsPositive, hands-on, and hungry to growApplication Process :
