What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record as a Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel or upscale operation, delivering service aligned with FIVE’s standards.
• Experience in pre-opening setups of dynamic, fast-paced kitchens is a plus.
• Culinary degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in culinary techniques, presentation, and plating.
• Knowledge of safe kitchen equipment use and maintenance.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to inspire the team.
• Meticulous attention to detail in food quality and presentation.
• Understanding of HACCP, health & safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
• Innovative mindset with contributions to menu development.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
