The Role

As the Product Manager (FX), you will be responsible for defining, ensuring viability, and successful delivery of EMQ’s FX value proposition. You will be working closely with our customers, Sales, internal Treasury team and the other Product Managers, to define and deliver outcomes that solve customer problems and grow business revenues.

To be successful in this role, you must work effectively across different functions – including Product, FinOps & Treasury, Engineering, BD / Sales, Marketing, Operations – to deliver product outcomes that delight and exceed our customer’s expectations.

What you’ll be doing…

• Proactively identify business opportunities and improvements to our FX product offerings and that solve customer problems and deliver revenue to the business
• Translate and explain the "What" & “Why” so that the Stakeholders can determine the appropriate "How"
• Define FX products and features with clearly defined outcomes, business value and metrics and work with Engineering Managers to produce Epics and prioritised detailed Features for the engineering teams.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, focussing on a clear understanding of their challenges and opportunities.
• Support effective product go to market and sales enablement activities by producing product collateral, guides, documentation and delivering sales and operational training
• Be customer obsessed, understand and clearly document their pain points, needs and requirements. Stay abreast of relevant markets, emerging technologies, innovations, and payment trends.
