About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to focus on our BNPL product, specifically on optimizing the checkout process, post-purchase journey, and repayments monetization. This role is vital for delivering customer-centric solutions, driving growth with innovative strategies, and maintaining Tabby's leadership in payment solutions. You will collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, and other teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers and partners.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the scaling of a high-volume BNPL product with a focus on strategy and execution.
• Drive customer-centric product development using insights from customer data to improve features and customer lifetime value (LTV).
• Implement A / B testing and experimentation to validate hypotheses and enhance user experience.
• Analyze customer segments, derive insights, and optimize product offerings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, track, and meet product KPIs.
• Manage the product roadmap aligned with business and customer needs.
• Make data-informed decisions by analyzing metrics, identifying trends, and addressing improvements.
