Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue across multiple properties within the assigned clusterLead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targetsIdentify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key accounts in the leisure sectorCollaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materialsAnalyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategiesConduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team membersManage the sales budget and forecast revenue for the clusterNegotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the companyRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functionsCoordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clientsDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's leisure offerings and unique selling pointsImplement and monitor CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactionsPrepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics to senior managementEnsure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirementsCollaborate with other cluster managers to share best practices and align with overall company objectivesQualifications
Required :
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the hospitality or leisure industryProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a multi-property environmentStrong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing sales teamsNegotiation skills and experience in contract managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levelsIn-depth knowledge of the leisure travel market and current industry trendsExperience in budget management and revenue forecastingExperience working with international markets and diverse cultural backgroundsExperience with yield management and revenue optimization techniquesWillingness to travel as required for business development and client meetingFluency in English; additional languages are a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
