Cluster Sales Manager

A Cluster Sales Manager manages the hotel sales and marketing plans by recommending growth efforts, monitoring progress, and ensuring that the hotel is competitively positioned within the local marketplace.

What will I be doing?

As a Cluster Sales Manager, you will work closely with Senior Management to develop the sales team and foster high performance. Your responsibilities include :

• Managing hotel sales and marketing plans to support business objectives and focus sales efforts across market segments.
• Collaborating with Senior Management to identify and support key business areas requiring additional focus.
• Recommending, implementing, and monitoring local sales and marketing initiatives.
• Providing comprehensive information about the hotel's products and services through relevant sales channels to attract existing and potential guests.
• Producing accurate, timely reports for hotel and management company review.
• Presenting monthly updates on the sales team's activities and contributions to hotel owners and senior management.
• Working with other departments, especially Reservations and Banqueting, to enhance guest experiences and develop sales programs.
• Participating in management meetings to develop sales and marketing strategies.
• Preparing hotel contracts aligned with current business and pricing conditions.
• Monitoring offers, discounts, and options for repeat bookings in collaboration with the Group Coordinator.
