Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end project execution within the professional services organization.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical architects, developers, and business consultants, to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment on project objectives.

Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Track project progress and provide transparent updates and reports to stakeholders.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality expectations.

Facilitate project meetings, document key decisions, and drive accountability across teams.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by capturing lessons learned and recommending process enhancements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of project management experience within professional services or consulting environments.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects successfully.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Familiarity with Microsoft enterprise solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience managing projects in AI, cloud computing, or cybersecurity domains.

Ability to adapt to dynamic priorities and work effectively in fast-paced environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience leading cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
