Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Roadshows : Lead Visa University roadshows across MENA, showcasing tailored training offerings and strengthening client relationships
- Solution Development : Respond to client training requests with customized learning programs, expanding bespoke training solutions aligned with client needs
- Pipeline Management : Develop, nurture, and manage a robust pipeline of training opportunities, ensuring sales and delivery targets are consistently met across MENA markets
- Market Growth & Revenue Enablement : Partner with regional leaders and business development teams to identify opportunities, generate leads, and support commercial success
- Program Delivery Oversight : Oversee the smooth execution of training programs, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with client expectations
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Visa University practices and global teams to enhance offerings and share market feedback to shape future curricula
- Innovation & Offering Enhancement : Continuously identify, promote, and co-create new training offerings relevant to emerging trends in payments, digital, and AI
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Skills and Experience
7-10 years of overall work experience preferably in client-facing roles, consulting, or corporate trainingExcellent communication, stakeholder management, project management and multi-project coordination skillsStrong client engagement and relationship-building skillsProven experience in managing training initiatives or professional learning programsResults driven, flexible and both internally and externally customer focusedStrong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with inter-disciplinary groupsAbility to work in a multi-cultural environmentCreative mindset with the ability to translate client needs into impactful training experiencesEducation
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Education, or related fieldFluent in English; Arabic or French is a plusJob Details
