Test Strategy and Planning : Develop test strategies, plans, and cases based on requirements
Manual and Automated Testing : Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing. Maintain automated test scripts
Defect Management : Identify and track defects using tools like JIRA. Collaborate with developers to resolve issues
Collaboration : Work closely with developers and participate in Agile ceremonies
Performance and Security Testing : Conduct performance testing and implement security testing protocols
Continuous Improvement : Enhance testing processes and stay updated on emerging QA methodologies

Key Responsibilities :

Test Strategy and Planning : Develop test strategies, plans, and cases based on requirements

Requirements

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field

6+ Years relevant experience

Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail)

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to working with others

Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
