Project Manager - Salesforce

الوصف الوظيفيMinimum of 5-7 years in project management, with at least 2 years managing Salesforce implementations. Experience managing the full project lifecycle, especially with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud. Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and their application to business needs. Excellent project management skills, including planning, risk, and change management. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams and communicate complex technical details clearly. Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, MS Project, or similar. Experience leading Salesforce integrations with third-party platforms. Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, Lightning components, and data integration tools. - Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Salesforce Certified Administrator / Consultant are highly preferred.
