Head of Capital Raising & Investor Relations

Role Summary

Avertis Private Capital Management (APCM), a subsidiary of Avertis Group AG, is seeking a Head of Fundraising & Investor Relations to lead investor acquisition and relationship management for our managed account platform.

This role focuses on raising and managing capital allocations from HNWI, UHNWIs, and family offices, with private investments. You will be responsible for expanding our investor base, onboarding clients into structured managed accounts, and maintaining long-term relationships through transparent reporting and quarterly performance updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies for managed account offerings.
• Leverage your existing network of wealth clients, family offices, and private banks.
• Guide investors through onboarding, compliance (KYC / AML), and account setup.
• Present investment strategies, risk frameworks, and performance track records.
• Provide quarterly investor reporting and ongoing relationship management.
• Represent APCM at private wealth forums, roadshows, and investor events.
• Collaborate with the Group CEO to refine investor materials (factsheets, agreements, presentations).
