We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to join our established team of designers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology in our hospitality and residential design projects.

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to join our established team of designers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology in our hospitality and residential design projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate BIM processes and workflows with project teams, including designers, architects, engineers, and contractors
• Produce modeling, detailing and auditing components for BIM models
• Create and manage the production of technical drawings and schedules
• Liaise with the design team, and delegate to a team of modelers
• Ensure project deliverables meet BIM standards and requirements
• Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and processes
• Participate in project meetings and coordinate with project teams to resolve BIM-related issues.
