BIM Design Lead - ELV

We are seeking a BIM Modeler for ELV systems with experience in design development using Revit, BIM 360, and AutoCAD for Commercial, Hospitality, and Mixed-use projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create and coordinate 3D BIM models using Revit and other software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max).
• Conduct design coordination, including reviews, comments, and RFIs.
• Understand project requirements and develop models accordingly.
• Ensure alignment with BIM Execution Plan and project workflow criteria.
• Produce accurate drawings and extract data based on the BIM platform.
• Work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
