Job Description

A Waiter / Waitress is on the front line of guest interactions and acts as a Hospitality Ambassador for the resort. The role requires providing prompt and courteous service to all guests. Key factors influencing guest satisfaction include ensuring guests are delighted with the quality of service and comfort in our food and beverage outlets. Main duties include working as part of a team across all departments to ensure the smooth operation of food and beverage services, possessing complete knowledge of menus, beverages, services, and facilities offered by the resort, and continuously developing professional skills to enhance guest satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment and respecting guests' privacy rights.

Profil

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Food & Beverage / Restaurant operations, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• Passion for delivering excellent service.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

Additional Information

Relocation to a remote area is required.
