Hiperdist UAE is seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager – Power (UPS) to lead and expand our power infrastructure business across the UAE, with extended coverage in Qatar and Oman. This role is not for beginners — it requires proven local experience , deep-rooted channel and reseller relationships , and hands-on success in selling UPS systems and power solutions in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales for UPS systems (1-Phase & 3-Phase) and associated infrastructure (PDUs, racks, cabinets, switches).
- Must have experience selling to UAE-based partners including resellers, VARs, SIs, end users, and service providers .
- Develop, manage, and grow key channel partner relationships across the UAE.
- Forecast, commit, close, and collect – full accountability for revenue, deal closure, and payment collection.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet / exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Own sales planning and execution across assigned territories (UAE, Qatar, Oman), with primary focus on UAE market execution .
- Conduct monthly business reviews covering revenue, collections, inventory, and partner activity.
- Ensure product availability and inventory accuracy in coordination with logistics and category teams.
- Deliver technical and commercial presentations, product demos, and proof-of-value to clients and partners.
- Represent Hiperdist at industry events, vendor sessions, and regional exhibitions.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting (MIS), and compliance protocols for all sales activities.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to refine the go-to-market approach.
Must-Have Qualifications

Minimum 5 -8 years of UAE-based sales experience in UPS and power solutions distribution or vendor sales.Strong local network of active reseller / channel partners in the UAE.Proven track record in selling and collecting payments for brands such as APC, Vertiv, Eaton .Demonstrated success managing the full sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure and receivables follow-up.Prior experience in a distribution environment is mandatory.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure deals, negotiate pricing, and drive urgency.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.UAE Driving License is required.You Are :
