About the Job : An opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing Manager to join Jumeirah Mina Al Salam. The main duties and responsibilities are outlined below.
Responsibilities
- Lead the digital marketing strategy for the 15 Food & Beverage outlets across three properties in Madinat Jumeirah : Jumeirah Al Qasr, Jumeirah Mina Al Salam, Jumeirah Al Naseem.
- Drive data-driven campaigns to boost demand, elevate brand awareness, and increase direct restaurant bookings.
- Serve as the primary liaison between F&B outlets, marketing teams, paid media agencies, and the corporate digital team to ensure brand consistency, quality execution, and timely delivery of all digital initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 to 7 years of Marketing and Digital management with an international hospitality company, paid media agency, or a recognized blue-chip organization.Experience working in fast-paced, multi-cultural environments.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent from an accredited university.Deep expertise in digital marketing within luxury hospitality, specifically F&B.Proficiency in digital platforms, analytics, and data-driven campaign optimization; strong project and time management with the ability to deliver multiple campaigns on deadline.Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.Strong grasp of brand positioning and luxury branding to ensure premium, consistent messaging.Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, agencies, and stakeholders.Solid understanding of hotel and F&B operations to align marketing with business goals.Creative and innovative thinker, capable of driving engaging digital experiences.Sharp problem solver with attention to detail for flawless execution.Benefits
