Assistant Outlet Manager - IRD

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the monthly forecasted food and beverage revenue figures are achieved.
• Strictly adhere to established operating expenses and control all costs.
• Participate in formulating the Annual Operating Budget, including room service projected revenues, expenses, operating equipment, and FF&E requirements, in line with the Annual Business Plan.
• Manage the Room Service section efficiently according to established guidelines.
• Ensure all operating standards are followed to meet the service levels in the Departmental Operations Manual.
• Assign responsibilities to subordinates and periodically review their performance.
• Assist in operations and be visible during peak times.
• Establish and strictly follow par stocks for all operating equipment and supplies to ensure adequate room service provisioning.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, biyearly, and yearly inventory of operating equipment.
• Assist the Stewarding Manager in monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
• Control requisitioning, storage, and careful use of all operating equipment and supplies.
• Conduct daily pre-shift briefings to Heartists on preparation, service, and menu.
• Attend all meetings required by F&B Management.
• Prepare and participate in the Monthly Objective Review.
• Undertake any reasonable tasks assigned by the direct Manager.
• Attend twice-monthly Food and Beverage Meetings and Daily Operations Meetings.
• Liaise with the Kitchen and Beverage departments on daily operations and quality.
• Handle guest complaints, requests, and inquiries related to food, beverage, and service.
• Establish a rapport with guests to maintain good customer relationships.
• Ensure strict adherence to room service cashiering procedures.
• Ensure a supervisor is always available on duty, including for the minibar.
