About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in the UAE. You will play a key role in driving business growth within the HR Tech, Fintech, and Recruitment sectors by acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and delivering innovative solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the HR Tech, Fintech, and Recruitment sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, pitches, and presentations.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.3 to 5 years experience in business development, preferably in HR Tech, Fintech, or Recruitment.Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.Fluency in English; additional European languages will be an advantage.UAE market experience is preferred.Benefits
