Job Summary

Responsible for implementing efficient procurement practices that ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.

The role supports the Procurement Manager with tendering, spend analysis, vendor relations, and contract management.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Identify and execute value-creation opportunities.
• Review, clarify, and act on purchase requests.
• Ensure supplier compliance with quality and timelines.
• Adhere to internal procurement workflows and audit protocols.
• Maintain ethical dealings with vendors.
• Source suppliers for Food and Non-Food categories.
• Support continuous improvement of procurement practices.
