WAITRESS (FEMALE)

Overview

Job Role : To deliver prompt service to the Guests in the Outlets.

Responsibilities

• Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques.
• Clear tables during service.
• Control guest cheques and secure proper payment.
• Set up stations and tables to ensure they are complete and perform various relevant duties to the function as assigned by the Outlet Manager.
• Keep abreast of hotel products and services to answer guest questions and requests.
• Answer all guest questions / requests in a friendly and caring manner, take appropriate actions or, if needed, refer the matter to the relevant persons to handle.
• Ensure that the Place of Work and surrounding area are kept clean and organized at all times.
• Have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items on the menu and the ability to recommend food and beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.
• To be able to perform any additional scope of duties if requested by the Manager.
• To attend the mandatory external and internal training and follow the company training policy.
