What You Will Do
- Participates in the preparation of food items according to guest orders of consistent quality.
- Assists the Sous Chef with the planning and implementation of menus and food promotions.
- Train, motivate, supervise, and discipline kitchen staff to ensure standards are met.
- Controls the Kitchen outlet Employee adherence to standard recipes and methods of preparation.
- Total knowledge and understanding of Food Preparation Standard & Procedure.
What You Bring
Cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience.Minimum two years of culinary or related work experience.Previous experience in the same role managing a diverse team.What We Offer
