The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales , strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. This role involves managing a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and fostering relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Manage and mentor the sales team , ensuring high performance and motivation.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends .
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals .
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that attract potential buyers.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for business growth.
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.
- Attend industry events, property expos, and networking functions to expand business reach.
Requirements :
