The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing relationships with insurance companies to bring new business to our garages The ideal candidate will be a Arabic English speaker preferably female with a valid driving license and a proven track record in business development or sales within the automotive or insurance industry Key Responsibilities Identify and target potential insurance companies for partnership opportunities Develop strategic plans to attract and secure new business from insurance companies Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decisionmakers within insurance companies Act as the primary point of contact between our garages and the insurance companies Conduct negotiations and close deals with insurance companies to bring in consistent business Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field Proven experience in business development sales or a related role within the automotive or insurance industry Proficiency in Arabic and English Valid driving license Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint and CRM software Experience working within the automotive repair or insurance sectors Strong network of contacts within the insurance industry Job Type Fulltime
