الوصف الوظيفيAssist healthcare providers with selecting appropriate medications based on clinical guidelines and patient-specific factors. Support the management of complex cases involving polypharmacy or drug interactions. Ensure all medications are stored, prepared, and dispensed in compliance with UAE regulations and facility policies. Monitor and report adverse drug reactions and medication errors. Stay updated on new pharmaceutical developments and changes in regulatory requirements. Act as a resource for patients and staff on diabetes-related pharmaceutical care. Participate in audits, quality assurance programs, and initiatives to improve medication safety and patient outcomes. Analyze and report clinical outcomes related to pharmacotherapy. UAE National with a Family Book Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy degree (BPharm or PharmD) from an accredited institution. Valid DHA license as a Clinical Pharmacist. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical pharmacy role, preferably in diabetes care or chronic disease management. Strong knowledge of pharmacology, diabetes medications, and patient education strategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Arabic and English. Experience with patient counseling and disease education. Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and electronic medical records (EMR). Certification in diabetes education or management is a plus.

GluCare Integrated Diabetes Center is seeking a highly motivated and qualified UAE National Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. The Clinical Pharmacist will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered pharmaceutical care, optimizing medication management, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficacy in treatments for diabetes and related conditions.
