About The Role
The Product Coordinator will work closely with Operations, Design, Analytics, and Merchandising teams to bring products to market and develop and grow business opportunities. A successful candidate will be analytical, able to work extremely effectively in a matrix organization, and adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality, simple products, and applications. The candidate will work remotely from Sunday to Thursday.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Translating that Product direction into various document types, including requirement documents, mind maps, user stories and product specifications
- Executing the digital strategic direction of a product line, as outlined by the Product team.
- Managing the feature development and defect backlog daily to ensure that priorities adhere to the strategic direction outlined by the Product team.
- Ensuring the execution of creative assets developed in support of a feature, such as the visual design, content strategy and copywriting, adhere to the strategic vision
- Attending daily Scrums with development team to help drive priority decisions and remove roadblocks
- Supporting multiple cross-functional teams / development teams to ensure a solid understanding of the defined scope
- Communicating changes in strategic direction or priority shifts to cross-functional teams
- Collaborating with organizations to build and manage scope expectations
- Translate the digital strategy into clearly prioritized user stories and business requirements (ensures appropriate delivery of those requirements across the development lifecycle)
- Assisting the Product team in translating the digital vision into presentations that will be shared with Executive audiences and partners across the organization
Education / Certification and Continued Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or any related fieldYears of Experience
Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in Product / Program Management for an e-commerce, transaction-based, retail, or similar website;Knowledge and Skills
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is preferred.Strong communication skills.The ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.The ability to balance customer needs against the company’s vision.Excellent time management skills.Additional Information
