We are looking for a Community Management Engagement Specialist who is fluent in English and Arabic to manage our clients online communities ensuring seamless communication engagement and content scheduling Community Management Engagement Monitor respond to and manage comments messages and mentions across various social media platforms Handle all incoming DMs providing appropriate responses or forwarding inquiries to clients when necessary Ensure brand voice and tone are consistently maintained in all communications Identify and escalate customer service issues sales leads or partnership requests to the respective clients Track audience sentiment report key insights and recommend engagement strategies to improve interactions Identify and manage potential PR or customer service issues before they escalate Content Scheduling Posting Schedule and publish posts across social media platforms with relevant captions hashtags alt tags locations and collaborations Ensure posts are optimized for reach and engagement following platform best practices Work with the creative team to align posting schedules with brand campaigns and marketing strategies Monitor postperformance and suggest optimizations based on analytics Performance Reporting Provide regular updates on engagement community sentiment and frequently asked questions to improve social media strategies Analyse engagement metrics and audience feedback to enhance social media interactions
