Job description We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager or Associate Sales Director to develop our portfolio of shortterm rental properties MAIN MISSIONS Prospect for owners of apartments or villas that could be put up for shortterm rental Establish commercial relationships with real estate agencies and agents to propose attractive financial partnerships Develop and manage a solid network in the real estate sector in Dubai REQUIRED PROFILE Significant experience in the real estate sector in Dubai or a related field Established network in the real estate sector in Dubai agents agencies developers Excellent negotiation and business development skills Resultsoriented with a strong ability to motivate and supervise a team Good knowledge of the specificities of the shortterm rental market in Dubai You speak perfect English and French You already live in Dubai REMUNERATION Fixed commission or partner share
