As Sales Director – KSA , you will drive NEP Middle East’s commercial growth and client engagement across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This strategic leadership role focuses on developing new business opportunities, deepening existing client relationships, and positioning NEP as the go-to partner for broadcast and live production services in the region. You will play a key role in shaping NEP’s presence in the KSA market by aligning sales strategies with the country’s growing media, sports, entertainment, and events sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and grow NEP’s sales function within Saudi Arabia, delivering on revenue, profitability, and market expansion targets.
Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy tailored to the Saudi broadcast and live events landscape.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in media networks, government entities, event agencies, sports organizations, and production companies.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across sectors such as sports, entertainment, corporate events, and cultural initiatives aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Engineering, Production, Finance) to shape client proposals and deliver winning solutions.
Lead tender submissions, proposals, and contract negotiations with full ownership of the sales cycle.
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to continuously refine the commercial approach.
Represent NEP Middle East at key industry events, trade shows, and strategic meetings across the Kingdom.
Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and business performance analysis to executive leadership.
Support the recruitment, development, and performance management of the local sales team as the business grows.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in a senior sales or commercial leadership role within broadcast, media, live events, or a related industry.
Proven track record of securing high-value contracts and growing business in the Saudi market.
Strong knowledge of the media and entertainment landscape in KSA, including local regulations and client expectations.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic.
Strong network of contacts within KSA’s media, events, and government ecosystem.
Highly strategic thinker with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
Willingness to travel across the Kingdom and occasionally within the GCC.
