We are looking to hire Business Development Manager / Sales Manager for one of Dubai based clients. As the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding customer base by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the B2C and B2B ecommerce fulfillment, warehousing, and last-mile delivery sectors. This role requires a dynamic sales professional with industry knowledge, strong client relationships, and the ability to drive lead generation, partnerships, and revenue growth.
You will be responsible for building relationships with DTC brands, online retailers, corporate businesses, and marketplaces, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of logistics innovation.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Growth & Development (E-commerce B2C & B2B Focus)
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in e-commerce fulfillment, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
- Identify and engage potential B2C brands, online retailers, marketplaces, and B2B
corporate clients.
Build strategic partnerships with retailers, e-commerce platforms, distributors, andsupply chain service providers.
Optimize the sales funnel, improve lead generation, and increase conversion rates.Represent company at industry events, trade shows, and networkingopportunities to build brand awareness and drive new business.
Sales & Account Management
Develop and manage a pipeline of potential clients to meet and exceed sales targets.Lead negotiations, close deals, and structure competitive proposals for DTC brands,online stores, marketplaces, and B2B enterprises.
Use CRM tools and data analytics to track sales performance, optimize leadmanagement, and improve forecasting.
Ensure competitive pricing models that align with market demand and companyprofitability.
Client Relationship Management & Customer Success
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in e-commerce andB2B sectors.
Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamlessfulfillment and logistics execution.
Provide consultative sales approaches, advising clients on the best solutions to scaletheir e-commerce operations efficiently.
Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value by delivering tailoredfulfillment and logistics solutions.
Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in ecommerce logistics.
Identify opportunities for new revenue streams and service expansions.Utilize data analytics to refine pricing strategies and optimize sales performance.Qualifications & Experience :
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or accountmanagement in E-commerce logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, or supply chain
solutions.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in B2C and B2B logistics.Strong network and relationships with e-commerce brands, online marketplaces, andcorporate B2B clients.
Expertise in warehouse management, inventory optimization, order fulfillment, andlast-mile logistics.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Experience working with CRM tools, sales automation, and data analytics.Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).What We Offer :
