Business Development Manager Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Identify and engage with engineering consultant offices in Sharjah and Ajman to explore potential partnership opportunities Present FAM Contractings services and offerings to these consultant offices highlighting the benefits of collaboration Solicit and finalize new projects for FAM Contracting in Sharjah and Ajman leveraging industry connections and market knowledge Research and acquire exclusive agency rights for innovative building materials or technologies that align with FAM Contractings business objectives Develop and implement growth strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue streams Conduct market research to identify emerging trends opportunities and target markets for business development Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction Prepare and present comprehensive business development proposals and reports detailing key findings and recommendations Collaborate with internal teams to achieve company goals and objectives fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration Required Qualifications A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development preferably within the construction industry Excellent communication and negotiation skills enabling effective engagement with clients stakeholders and team members The ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team adapting to changing circumstances and priorities Indepth knowledge of the local market industry trends and regulatory environment ensuring informed decisionmaking and strategic planning A Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field providing a solid foundation for professional growth and development
