Office Administrator Job Location Dubai United Arab Emirates Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations ensuring smooth workflow Manage and maintain office supplies inventory and equipment Handle incoming calls emails and correspondence professionally Coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements Prepare and manage reports documents and presentations Support HR with employee records attendance and leave tracking Assist in basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking Ensure compliance with company policies and office regulations Supervise office maintenance cleanliness and security Liaise with vendors clients and external service providers Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration Office Management or a related field 35 years of experience in office administration UAE experience preferred Proficiency in MS Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Excellent organizational multitasking and problemsolving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Fluency in English Arabic is a plus Experience with basic accounting and HR procedures is an advantage
