Job Title Business Development Executive Location Dubai UAE Industries Real Estate IT Hospitality Maritime Shipping Oil Gas Trade Marketing Manufacturing Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven female Business Development Executive to join our team The role involves identifying new business opportunities building strong client relationships and driving growth across various industries including Real Estate IT Hospitality Maritime Shipping Oil Gas Marketing and Manufacturing You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence in Dubai while working in a hybrid or officebased setting Key Responsibilities Market Research Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets within your assigned industry Client Acquisition Generate leads pitch products services and develop lasting relationships with clients Sales Strategy Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals Networking Attend industry events conferences and meetings to enhance brand visibility and build a robust network Negotiation Lead contract negotiations close deals and set pricing structures Reporting Track sales activities provide regular progress reports and forecast revenue growth Crossfunctional Collaboration Work closely with internal teams including marketing and operations to ensure successful business execution Qualifications Bachelor s degree or equivalent qualifications in Business Marketing or a related field Proven experience in Business Development Sales or related roles ideally in industries such as Real Estate IT Hospitality Maritime Shipping Oil Gas Marketing or Manufacturing Familiarity with market dynamics and business culture in Dubai Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills Ability to thrive in a hybrid working environment remote and officebased Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications Experience working in DubaiFluency in Arabic and EnglishA strong professional network within the relevant industry Compensation Competitive salary package with commissionbased earningsPerformancebased bonusesAdditional benefits as per company policy
