HTP Global TechnologiesUnited Arab EmiratesHuman Resources Officer Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Administer HR processes including recruitment onboarding performance management and offboarding Develop and update HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems Address employee relations issues providing guidance to managers and staff Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration Conduct training sessions and support employee development programs Handle performance appraisal systems and provide analysis on workforce trends Support diversity equity and inclusion initiatives across the organization Skills Proficiency in HR software and systems e g SAP SuccessFactors Workday or equivalent Strong knowledge of labor laws HR best practices and compliance requirements Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role HR certification e g SHRMCP PHR CIPD is an advantage
